How to get from Quito City Center to Mariscal Sucre Airport by Bus. From the City center get directions from your hotel to the Marin Central bus station.
I can’t be much more specific than that because it depends where your hotel is. One at the Marin bus station:
Quito City Center to Quito Mariscal
Pay $0.25 and walk through the turnstile and wait in the E3 line until you see the bus.

The bus can be very crowded. Expect to stand. As the ride progresses more and more people will get on, sometimes barely squeezing in before the doors close.

Note that you can get on the bus anywhere along the route.

Stay on the bus to the very last stop – Rio Coca.
Change busses in Rio Coca
Once you get off the bus, turn the opposite direction the bus is facing and head in this direction.

Exit the turnstiles.


Cross the street into the lot with all the green busses.

Look in all the windows for the bus that says AEROPUERTO.

You don’t need to buy a ticket. Just get on the bus. Once the bus gets moving a worker will come by. Tell him or her aeropuerto and hand over $2.00.
Stay on the bus to the last stop at the airport. Total cost: $2.25.
